What's th Big Deal
What’s the big deal!? It’s your first time at the track. Your really excited to finally be there. You go to the concetion stand and get a hot dog, a bag of chips, and a pop. Then you here the roar of the engines as the cars warm their tires up. You rush out to the stands only to be met by a huge cloud of smoke and little particles of rubber floating in the air. As the cars pull up to the staging lights, you notice that the car in the far lane is a Ford Mustang. The car in the near lane is a Chevrolet Camaro. As you take your seat and get prepared for the first race you’ve ever watched, you hear some fans arguing behind you. Some saying things about the Mustang, others about the Camaro. The cars jump from the starting line and race down the track, catching you off guard. As the cars near the end of the track, some off the fans behind you cheer for the Camaro as it crosses the finish line first. You turn around and ask one of the fans cheering why all of the fans aren’t cheering. He responds by telling you about it. It is a rivalry as old as the automobile, and is also a very big issue with my friends and I: Mustang vs. GM. This subject usually arises several times a night, and everyo
The Corvette, Camaro, and Firebird also out handle the Mustang in many ways. One way is that they are much wider, and have a longer wheel base than the Mustang. This helps the Corvette, Camaro, and Firebird handle better in cornering situations. Also the Corvette, Camaro, and Firebird are much lower to the ground than Mustangs are. This makes them even better at cornering than the Mustang, since they have a lower center of gravity. The lower center of gravity makes GM cars not want to role over as bad, witch makes them safer. All in all, you should now understand why a GM car is better than a Mustang. You should also know that your son or daughter would never want a Mustang. Your son or daughter know that a GM car would not only look better and out perform a Mustang, but it would be much safer. It would also help out their social life, because all their friends would want to ride in it. So I hope you understand that you should never settle for junk, and you should never settle for a Mustang, when you can have a GM. For example, the other night I was driving around downtown, and I heard a car squealing his tires. I hurried up and drove around to find out what it was. It was a Mustang. He must have seen me in his rearview mirror, because he slowed down. He then reved his engine at me several times, and told me that he could beat my car any day of the weak. I ignored him for a while, as he babbled on with some corny sayings. Then we came to a stop sign where a lot of people were standing, so I reved my engine at him. We both took off at full throttle. Then, in
