Why Is Frozen Custard More Exp

Consumers often get upset when they see the high price of frozen custard, but because of the taste they cannot help but buy it. There are not many differences in custard and soft serve ice cream that affect the price. The ingredients have little bearing on the price. Custard or ice cream can have natural and/or artificial flavors. Custard is more expensive than ice cream, though the price is only reflected on the true amount you receive.

If you took a scoop of each custard and ice cream and let them melt in separate cups what would happen? The cup of custard would have almost 50% more liquid in it than the ice cream. The answer to why this happens is in how each is made. When ice cream is mixed in a machine it mixes about 50% air and 50% mix. When custard is put through a machine it comes out containing aro

und 8% to 10% air and 88% to 90% mix.

The price of custard is caused by all of these things. It costs more money to include more mix into the final product. You must pay someone to run the machine every night. The scoops and extra equipment that it takes to run the custard machine are more expensive. All of these things raise the price of custard. The final product produced is thought of as much better than regular ice cream. Custard is much creamier than ice cream. Custard and ice cream have been around for a long time. It is doubtful that one will end up taking over. It is almost like a McDonald’s burger compared to a burger you get at a restaurant. Though both are burgers, they are not at all the same.

The temperature custard is served at is also different. Custard is served at around 20 to 30
