set the stage
Between the sweat, blood, and tears where does one find time to enjoy oneself? Well, these three fluids, ironically, are the essence of a most enjoyable activity. Being in a band is not always fun and giggles, it has its fair trials and tribulations. There are most definitely a number obstacles to climb. A band first has to find the needed key elements, or musicians, and practice as much as possible, then after practicing and finding an original sound a band has to write songs, and last with a set list of songs and lots of practice a band has to venue hop and find shows to play. Through excitement, disappointment, and achievement “Undo” is formed. I sit on my throne in “The Bunker” and observe everyone power up and plug in. The Bunker is the garage we practice in. Everyone is relying on the other to do their part well, and have fun with it. One of our first completed songs is called “Eleven” and this is our third song in the set. I wrote this song. It is about a deceitful girl who runs around behind her boyfriends back, but little does she know that he sees everything she is doing. By this time if we were playing a show we would promote the venues and bands that have or will play, but since it is just a practice now we just note it and continue on with the list. Three more songs are played, and in the last song we introduce the band. Practicing is fun most of time. It is disappointing to find out that when we
