Many wars though out time have left the affects of pain, anger and suffering. The war in Iraq is no different. It’s a war of conquest nothing more. It waists valuable time and money which could be put to better use and doesn’t always solve the problem in which the war started.

Audrey Gillan of “The Age” newspaper writes about the affects of the war being fault by the troops in Iraq. In this case the scenario that American allies shot at a convoy of five British troops.

Could the effect of the war have the effect that soldiers could not recognize friend from foe or is it just plain ignorance?

The money that fueled those helicopters, that equipped them with ammunition, that trained those pilots for war have been a waste of valuable time and money if they shooting one another. Innocent people are always suffering the repercussions of war. This war has wasted money and lives that could have been avoided.
