Is it right to close the Bataan nuclear power plant? But before we answer this question, we should look for facts before driving up to our conclusions. They say it is very advantageous for a country to have a nuclear power plant while others say it is too dangerous for the people. Could we imagine what Philippines could be when we have this nuclear power plant? I guess so… Will it have a more stable economy or will it still be the same? The Bataan nuclear power plant is a stepping stone for the Philippines to have a better economy. If other successful countries have their own nuclear power plants, why can’t we. But before we can have a nuclear power plant, it should first pass through government regulations. The Philippines has enough resources to create a nuclear power plant. If our country will have this nuclear power plant, we will become independent from other countries and we will produce power on our own. It will be very beneficial for our country because our government save millions if we have the power plant. It is much cheaper than buying from other countries.
