The idea of marriage is in the foundation of many of today’s oldest religions. But with religion being looked down upon in many places of the world, marriage also suffers. The number of atheists and agnostics grow daily while the number of successful marriages drop drastically. New religions, such as the deist religion, support that a supreme being exists but he/she requires no moral compassion from human beings.
