The purpose of my study is to build up on my professional & academic background, which will help me to effectively discharge my duties and responsibilities in the Winrock program in Ethiopia. As it is noticed currently, the number and levels of subordinate staff, the equipment, financial transactions, facilities and other physical items for which I am directly and indirectly responsible, and the accountability resting with the effective performance of the service concerned is increasing at a rate and this will be more complex if WI expands its program in the coming five years.
