This research investigated the hypothesis that female overseas students have different attitudes and patterns toward the use of mobile phones to male overseas students. A research was used to request the response of a sample group of 50 overseas students. The results obtained were consistent across samples. Obviously, males concerned more on price than females do. However, females spent clearly longer length of time using mobile phones per week. The relationship between gender and mobile phone’s behavior have an effect on each other.
