Teens who are 12, 13, 14, 15 are having sexual intercourse all the time, and they don’t know the consequences because they think that they are too young have anything bad happen to them such being pregnant, or getting someone pregnant. What would you do if your 14year old daughter came home and said, DAD I am pregnant. Have an abortion? The parents aren’t going to want to take care of the baby because they probably have young kids of their own to worry about. Parents also should teach their teens about how alcohol and drugs can affect their decision making, because teens are more prone to make mistakes such as having sex, and not knowing if the condom broke or not, or even who it was they had sex with.
