Autism

Sleep deficiency, having a high pain and fear thresh hold, poor social skills and echolalia are all common characteristics of autism. Autism is a "neurobiological disorder" that impairs communication and social skills. There is as of yet no clear consensus on the exact cause of autism. Still there are many theories and assumptions made by parents and their physicians. The family hired a "talented" therapist and five students from near by collages whose major included psychology and communication disorders.
