We decided to establish a total democracy that relies on free enterprise. We will divide the planet into six separate colonies, with leaders from each institution, until the voting process is in place. Political parties will become defunct, and the Electoral College will not be used for the election process. A straight flat tax of 15% will be placed on all workers and Social Security will no longer be needed. The government will utilize a House of Representatives, represented by percentage of each colonies population and will represent all men and women. The Senate will remain in place, like on Earth. We could provide a centralized directory of community resources, which is maintained and updated by the community itself; provide a forum through which all members can personally represent themselves to the community as a whole; create a facility, that can accommodate the development needs of any spiritual organization or group, creating a way for them to organize their membership thereby providing a place for services or interactions between members; bring members of related denominations into a common framework, promoting interaction and creating liaison and alliance among diverse groups; develop discussion facilities and group collaborations which support the health and vitality of the society; and create a core backbone which serves the broad goals of social cohesion, intercultural understanding, ecological health and economic vitalization. Our new credo could be taken from an ancient blessing: “I honour the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honour the place in you, which is of Love, of Truth, of Light and of Peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, We are One.”

In the previous world where religious differences are too often the cause of tragedy and warfare, I propose a new community of spirit providing a forum where people of good will from every culture and faith tradition can come together, learn from one another, and develop a shared understanding that can inspire and uplift our new society.

We should have but one single agenda and no inherent ideology - other than mutual respect and a deeply felt concern for the welfare of life on this planet. We are open to anyone who wishes to work with us, and take no one position on the classical truths of religion. Members are entirely free to disagree on matters of ideology, but come together in a common spirit of friendship and respect.
