Prohibiting underage teenagers from entering clubs and bars would definitely help to bring down the numbers of teenagers drinking. Encourage police agencies to be proactive in the enforcement of zero tolerance and age twenty-one years old drinking laws. Also, Encourage your children to obey these laws.
