My mother passed along her wisdom about motherhood. She raised my sisters and me with this wisdom and said the lasting relationships she forged with us were more than she had ever imagined they would be.

Motherhood what does it mean? It means different things to all people, but to me it was love, trust, guidance, and communication.

I. Through the wisdom of my mother, I always knew she loved me.

A. She said it and showed me each day of our lives together.

1. As a child, I took her love for granted, as an adult who no longer has her mother I cherish it.

2. My mother had the most influence on who I am

1. Nothing is more important to me than what they have to say.

2. I drop what I am doing when they need to talk.

IV. It never mattered how silly the topic she was always interested in what I had to say.

A. I was never afraid to tell the truth, even when I knew I would be grounded.
