From the past to the present, gender has a major impact in everyone’s life in everything they do. At the same time, gender limits a person’s rights in every culture. In fact, it seems that men and women do not have the same opportunities in many societies. Gender separates people into groups that their appearances belong to without concerning to the moral judgment according to the human rights, as men in general have more rights in the society compared to women. However, the issue of inequality in the societies which cause by gender seems to be worse off for the gay men and women, since they have fewer rights in the societies than women. Thus, they struggle in their lives in the society that they are in. Gay men and women are also human so they should be treated with equal rights.
