Identity
Experiences of my own and of my friends have always helped me make decisions in my life. A friend of mine experienced an incident that has greatly affected my view of people that I don't know as well as my good friends. Now it is very hard to trust others because of this story.Stacey had been sitting in the dark, cold room for hours. She could feel the rope rubbing against her wrists and the blindfold felt like it had given her minimal circulation in her head at this point. It had been another long day, waiting for someone to find her. Scared and confused, Stacey had been sitting in a little corner for what seemed like to be three or four days since she had awakened. She could remember what had happened so clearly, she could have reenacted the whole incident just as it had taken place. She kept wondering why this had happened to her, and if anyone was ever going to find her. "Why me?" is what she kept thinking. A few months back, Stacey had been walking around through the woods near the beach in California with her friend April. After walking around for a good hour, the two stumbled upon a small cliff that overlooked the ocean and the beach below. It had the most beautiful view of the horizon
With a gun in her hand, Britney told Stacey to get back inside. Stacey had been right. It was Britney who had come to her tent that night. Why had she done that? What had Stacey done that was so wrong that had made Britney want to do this to her? Finally it worked. Stacey had been able to cut through the rope and take off the blindfold but all she could see was a small window that seemed to have rays of light shinning in through it. She tried to stand up, but felt light headed as she sat back down quickly. She knew the only way she was going to find a way out was to crawl around and look for a door.
