SELF-ANALYSIS OF GROUP WORKING SKILLSI have been asked to give a self-analysis of my group working skills and the processes undertaken during the first semester in the Interpersonal skills seminars and to describe how the various activities have developed my group working skills. I will start by giving a summary of selected group activities participated in and an analysis of my perception of group members and how I contributed to the group as a whole and what I saw as my positive points and negative points and how the interaction with the rest of the group has changed my perception of the way I see myself and what improvements can be made. 1) Time Management task was to document what we did in a selected day in half hour intervals. The task set was a five minute presentation on communications we started this project by arranging to meet in the library in which myself, Jonna and Noro were suppose to meet up but the Nori was not able to make it, so I and Jonna went ahead and prepared the presentation which was much easier due to the fact the groups were smaller we decided to split the tasks into sections dividing it into three parts so we were able to study a section each and specialise in our own section. Once we looked at what I had drawn there were similarities but it was not sufficient to call it a match. The steps that I am currently taking is by reading and following the process stipulated in “The Complete Time Management System” by C. H. Godefroy. & J.Clark. I prepared the slides and the notes of what we were going to say.
