JFK Shots Fired
It appears that the disappearance of evidence from the J.F.K. Investigations shows that the government is holding back information from the American public. Evidence points that certain people were involved and the government was running the operation. People have known for the past 37 years that there is a flaw in this investigation and that it should be re-opened and retried in court. The shooting of J.F.K. is taken in by many people throughout their life as completely investigated and solved. The main person involved in this tragedy was Lee Harvey Oswald. He is the suspected killer and gunmen who sat in the Texas Book Depository window on November 22,1963. As soon as the shooting took place, officers and agents grabbed as many witnesses as they could see and started asking them where the shots came from. Some said they saw them from the window behind them, which would have been the Texas Book Depository. Others were asked and stated that they came from the famous “grassy knoll.” About an hour later, two Dallas policemen were shot dead, the suspect: Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald was caught and taken to the Dallas police station for questioning. He was brought up through the base
Of course Weisberg knew that these documents were still around because he had a friend who worked with the National Archives. Also he had found that the federal law at the time never said that it wasn’t illegal to kill a president! (Weisberg, p.14.) It seems strange to this writer that he was assassinated in Texas, considering this law. The president is a person too, just because the law says you cannot murder a person, it doesn’t say you can go ahead and kill the President of the United States! Special transcripts about the assassination was known to be held in the National Archives away from the public. Harold Weisberg tried to access these documents because they were records of public documents (Weisberg, p.6.) After trying to obtain these files, he was told that they didn’t exist anymore and had been destroyed. ment where a gunman named Jack Ruby shot Oswald dead. The biggest question is who killed John F. Kennedy? What comes to mind when someone asks about the number one business in America? War is the answer that is the motive to kill the president on November 22,1963(Garrison, “J.F.K”.) Kennedy did not want to get into any kind of war during his time as president. He felt that by being a pacifist president that he would save expenses and please the public. However, this kind of decision angered military personnel. Kennedy had sent troops into raid Cuba, but held back at the last minute, which left some American soldiers unprotected on hostile shores. His adversaries say Kennedy was too scared to attack and that he made a dumb mistake that will never be forgotten. War is what it is all about in the world today. It concerns more military of course than anyone else. This shows that the government and military often control the country, which leaves the President of the United States as just a spokesperson. The government killed their own president and covered it up because of war. Any patriotic American that believed in democracy would be outraged if they knew that such an act was committed by our government and military. The official cover-up story of Oswald shooting President Kennedy from the Book Depository in Texas is n
