Nutrition And Activity
My diet consists of a huge caloric intake. Although I exercise a lot, I noticed that most of my calories come from carbohydrates. I want to lose weight, and I know I can’t lose weight unless I cut back on my carbohydrates. I’m planning to go on the High Protein, Low Carbohydrate Diet. I never realized how many carbohydrates I was consuming. Also, this was the week where I ate couple of fast foods. This week was a really busy week, so I just went for some fast food without even really thinking about my diet. My personal profile says that I average about over 2,000 calories each day. I think that’s a lot for me, especially when I’m trying to lose some pounds. The balance of food groups is not so great. I think I eat pretty healthy because I eat a lot of protein and get essential vitamins and minerals. I also take multi-vitamins and calcium tablets for my every day diet. I should cut back on the candy bars and the diet sodas that I consumed during this week. I know that I have gotten better at watching what I’m eating since I started taking this class. I haven’t eaten fast food for a week, which is pretty amazing for me. I also haven’t eaten any red meat for a while. On my pyramid, fats, oils, and swe
As for my diet, I think there has to be some changes. I don’t think I’ll be so healthy when I’m 41 years old. I have a problem with using a lot of salt. I like salty foods and I realize I need to cut that out of my diet. If I keep taking sodium into my diet, I think I will have high blood pressure that I will need medical assistance. I would like to cut back on my sweets, too. I don’t want to turn out to be a diabetic, although it doesn’t run in my family. ets tops all of the food groups. That embarrasses me, but I really like eating sweets after a meal. That’s my main habit. I would change my eating patterns. I’m really proud that I stopped drinking, but if I kept living the same lifestyle where I used to get drunk every weekend, my body would not have been able to take it. I think I just have to watch my caloric intake and the amount of fats, oils, and sweets I’m consuming. Besides that, I don’t think I would change anything. The activities of daily living in the future will hopefully change a little bit. I hope I get more sleep at night because I know I won’t have the time to take any naps when I get older. I plan to have children by then, and I know I won’t be able to take naps with them in the house. I also get really stressed out because of school, so I hope I do not get so frustrated when I work in the future. I know that could result in a lot of health problems, so I will try to work on that to get that out of my lifestyle. I have slept moderate for the week I am taking an analysis for. I usually sleep about 6-8 hours. For this week, I slept about 6 hours on average, but I took naps when I got home from class. I sleep really well, especially when I am not stressing. I think that’s my favorite time of the day, therefore, I would count it as my quiet time, too. For that week, I had plenty of personal time. I went to the pool to get a tan for about an hour each day except for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Those were the days I work, so I didn’t have time for myself.
