This award is presented to the celebrity that in the past few years has proven to the American public that they are truly the most criminal of all celebrities. Factors taken into consideration in looking at the nominees for this award: multiple offenses, seriousness of the offense, publicity, controversy, and the punishment given to these well-known citizens.

 Robert Downey, Jr.- Mr. Downey, Jr. has had a few slight problems with heroin and cocaine in the last couple of years. On June 23, 1996 he was arrested for drivi

 Orenthal James Simpson: Better knows as simply OJ, Mr. Simpson was tried for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman who were viciously hacked to death. After months of daily televised court scenes, OJ Simpson was acquitted of both murders. The case was just as much about race and police mistakes as it was about murder unfortunately.
