Current explanations of schizophrenia give emphasis to a combination of environmental stress, inherited susceptibility, and bio-chemical abnormalities. In schizophrenia, there is a split between thought and emotions, which may become faint, or very inappropriate. An individual diagnosed with schizophrenia would lose interest in external activities, discontinue contact with others, experience a breakdown of personal habits, incapable of dealing with daily events and experience delusions, hallucinations, and thought abnormalities found in other types of psychosis. A person diagnosed with schizophrenia is unable to form one item of information at a time. Their thoughts and actions are being controlled. Schizophrenia people usually have more than one personality and split between though and emotion. ances. Out of the four major subtypes of schizophrenia, the Disorganized type is marked by incoherence, grossly disorganized behavior, bizarre thinking, and flat or grossly inappropriate emotions. Disorganized schizophrenia typically develops in early adolescence or young adulthood. It is often preceded by serious personality disorganization in earlier years. Chances of improvement are limited and social impairment is usually extreme. A mental disorder is a consequential impairment in psychological functioning. The psychotic disorder which is a severe disorder characterized by a hallucinations and delusions, and by social withdrawal. This can lead to hospitalization because the individual can no longer tell what is fantasy or hallucination and what is real.
