In my opinion I think that the only way that street racing is going to stop is if they city open the 1/4 mile strip and then maybe their will be some safer streets. The city does not have enough cops to control the number of street racers in Corpus Christi plus it’s getting by the day literally. Ever since the movie fast and furious their is a big increase in imported cars and domestic sports cars. But it’s also a good way to stay out of trouble because we are not spending are money on modifications for are cars. Plus once your done with your car you can probably sell it for a reasonable price to a young street racing enthusiast.
