When you think about how much of your life is spent in a classroom from preschool up to your senior year of high school, it is amazing. Today’s youth needs people that want to be there to help them learn about things for their future. Parents put a lot of trust and faith in teachers to help their children progress in life. Changing the routine is my final key aspect to teaching. People don’t like things to always be the same, and if they do, they become content with how things are and will decrease their need or desire to work harder. Change is good. It keeps people thinking and on their toes more. Gives them a chance to be more creative and think of new ideas to bring to the table everyday. Interaction, team building exercises, and change are my three key areas I want to target when I become a teacher. I think these will all have positive influences on tomorrow’s future, and let them enjoy their educational experience.
