I think that most drivers would agree that people who ignore red lights at intersections are a danger to the people in the area of the intersection. Accidents are more likely to happen when someone does not stop at a red light and cars may collide with other cars or even innocent bystanders, walkers, joggers, and bikers. Anyone in the vicinity of an intersection is in jeopardy of an accident when a driver does not obey motor vehicle law and as a result injuries may occur. I have seen this happen more than once and I thank God that I wasn’t part of the accident
