Will
I, Gulotta, of 345 jones, of the city of chicago, and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, declare this to be my will and further declare that this will revoke all prior wills and codicils. I declare that at the date of the execution of this will, my wife is Rosa Gulotta (“Rosa”); that I have one son, Felice (“Felice”), of the city of Chicago, State of Illinois; and that I have one daughter, Mary (“Mary”), of the State of Illinois. I direct my Executrix, herein named at Article VIII, to pay all my debts and administrative expenses of my estate, including funeral expenses, before any division or distribution of the property of my estate. I give my beloved wife Rosa any and all interest which I may have in the real property and improvements located at 7530 , in the city of Grove, State of Illinois, except that which has passed to her at my death by virtue of a joint ownership with rights of survivorship. In the event that Rosa does not survive me, then I give any and all interest which I may have in the said real property and improvements to Felice
If any beneficiary of mine herein has not attained age twenty-one (21) years at the time any property becomes distributable to him or her, my Executrix shall distribute any part or all such property to Mary, as Trustee, upon receiving her written receipt coupled with her undertaking to deliver the property to the beneficiary at the time he or she attains age twenty-one (21) years, and in the meantime, to hold it in trust and use it for the support and benefit of the beneficiary. Such written receipt and undertaking shall fully discharge my Executrix. In the event that Mary is unwilling to or refuses to act as Trustee, then my Executrix shall distribute any part or all said property to an adult relative or guardian of said beneficiary, as Trustee, upon receiving that person's written receipt coupled with his or her undertaking to deliver the property to the beneficiary at the time he or she attains age twenty-one (21) years, and in the meantime, to hold it in trust and use ! b) to enter into leases for any period of time, though extending beyond the termination of the trust, f) to execute contracts, notes, conveyances and other instruments, whether or not containing covenants and warranties binding upon and creating a charge against the trust estate or excluding personal liability, c) to borrow money and to mortgage, pledge or otherwise encumber any part or all of the trust estate, As to contingent takers, no contingent taker shall take pursuant to the provisions of this will unless he or she is living on the thirtieth (30th) day after the death of the original taker. h) to purchase and keep in force insurance of an appropriate nature and form and in a reasonable amount for the protection of the trust estate or the ownership thereof,
