What Is Freedom

Freedom is to be independent. Freedom means you have no one looking over your shoulder and telling you what to do as long as it legal. But does freedom really exist? Sure our country gives us the right to own a gun and have free speech, but are these freedoms getting taken away? Our country’s policy is that you can live free as long as it does not infringe on anyone else’s freedom, but in some cases we don’t follow this policy. As Thomas Jefferson had once said “The natural progress for things is for liberty to yield and government to gain control”.
