in the eyes of the world india is a model democracy,good enough to emulate for the third world countries.but rather suprisisngly it can be said to be an eyewash demcocracy where the laws and the constitutional framework have become like the dead sea scrolls-defunct.right from its conception in 1947 it has stagnated from a so called socialist secular sovereign republic to a feudal,oligarchic,communal state,where the fundamental rights are like scriptures written in an alien language.
