The second and third trimesters there are instillation types, which include, D&E, intracardiac injections and partial birth abortions. D&E or Dilatation & Evacuation involves the live dissembling of the baby and gradually removes it. Intracardiac injections are preformed where at about 4 months a needle is inserted into the mother’s abdomen, into the chest and heart of one of the fetal babies and a poison injected to kill him or her. This is "pregnancy reduction." It is done to reduce the number or to kill a handicapped baby, if such is identified. If successful, the dead baby’s body is absorbed. In the third trimester a partial birth abortion may be performed. Partial birth abortions may also be called brain suction or D & X methods. This is like a breech delivery. The entire infant is delivered except the head. A scissors is jammed into the base of the skull. A tube is inserted into the skull, and the brain is sucked out. The dead infant is pulled out. I don’t see how anyone could do that to your child. I mean, even if it is not totally your child for some reason, you are still the mother carrying him/her in your womb and you are his/her protector, not murderer.

The “pill” works in 3 different ways: 1) prevent the woman’s body from releasing an egg, 2) thicken the woman’s cervical mucus, which makes it harder for the sperm to get to the egg, and 3) alter the lining of the uterus so that the zygote cannot implant, which makes him starve to death creating an abortion. Another kind of contraceptive is the Intra-uterine device, more commonly known as the I.U.D. It is a specially shaped piece of plastic or metal that must be inserted into the uterus by a doctor. It is believed that an I.U.D. changes the lining of the uterus to prevent the fertilized egg from being implanted. It can also slow the sperm down to prevent it from reaching the uterus.
