Employment Relations is defined as the relationship between the management and the employees of an organization. Everyone needs to work and find jobs to make a living. Management employs staff to carry out tasks and duties in jobs, pay the employees a wage for services rendered, and in return the employer gets his returns from the products and services sold by the company.Using the GUM Tripartite model, a very important influence on how companies were to work to any environmental changes. A change in the environment will cause changes in the nature of relationships between employer/management and employees.
