I am excited about applying for a position at the LAIP program. I have always

worked at jobs that involve lots of interaction with people and that involve helping

others. Before entering law school, I worked for a year at the Internal Revenue Service

as a customer service representative. I would take calls from taxpayers and would help

answer questions about their account, help fill out many types of complex forms,

transfer credits, find and send out refunds,
