Consumer Reports Home Gyms

I am interested in purchasing a home gym, thru Consumer Reports i am hoping that all my questions will be answered. There are lots of informercials out there today telling you about all of the benefits of there products. While telling you about all of their benefits they also do a good job of confusing you as well. With the use of Consumer Reports im hoping to clear up some of that confusion that i have about various home gyms, and also find a gym that is suitable for my needs as well as my families. First of all, i am looking for a home gym that is set at a economical price. With me being a college student my income is limited, therefor im looking to spend around 1000 dollars. I have been body building for 2 years now so i would want a machine that would build muscle mass along with gains in power. I need a machine that works the lower body as well as the top half of the body. I see no point in spending good money for a product that only trains half of the body, every body builder knows that you cant build a top with out a bottom first. Good leg support for lat pull down exercises. Space needed 70 in.x 44in.. The warranty is lifetime on the whole machine but assembly is difficult.3. ParaBody 400 Home Gym price-$1,900 yet another outstanding performe, but has a large price tag and is large. The resistance is easy t oadjust and change. There is little or no set up needed. Flat bench inclines to various degrees for chest workout. Has a vertical butterfly press. Resistance is not that great for stronger users on chest and butterfly work outs.
