ARC is a company deal with import and export of electrical and electronic devices in Greece. Devices such as computers (laptops and desktops), peripherals. Electrical devices like Televisions, Stereos and HI-FI e.t.c. Like all the other companies it holds personal data in computers. So as we can consider the use of computers in this particular company is very high. They need the computers for everything in order to keep record and keep track of every ¡movement¢ that the company made or will going to make. They keep track of all exports and imports of the electronic devices. Also they keep a record for all the devices that they have in stock in the warehouse in order to make new orders. They keep records for every employee details and the salary of everyone in the company. Also the financial system of the company keep records of the profits for every day, month and for every year.
