Living in the twenty first century has it’s advantages, but along with the fast lifestyle comes disadvantages. One disadvantage is having an unhealthy diet. Fast food restaurants, long hours at work, and not staying physically fit are three key causes of falling into an unhealthy diet. Fast food is around the corner of every block in town.
