Internet recruiting has a multitude of distinct advantages for an employer and most companies are only beginning to realize the advantages.

Neighborhood Shopper – these individuals are looking for a job within a certain geographic area. They are not usually looking to relocate out of the immediate area. Their job search is kept local by usually looking at only local companies web sites.
