changed for the good. These times are good times for our country. Good times in which we can reflect on .
our losses and our strengths as well. These are the times to fight back with twice the force than before, in .
hope that the terrorists will get the message that the United States is a better country. A better country .
because we didn't start this war on terrorism. A better country because we accept everyone of different .
culture, color and gender. President Bush spoke to the nation and said, "the men and women of the United .
States military are doing their duty with skill and success. We have ruined terrorist training camps, .
disrupted their communications, weakened the Taliban military and destroyed most of their air .
defenses"(Bush e). Bush has addressed many different issues that have affected the nation after September .
11. Bush has done so with a great amount of courage, and he has made the people of this country believe in .
him. Bush also meaningfully states: "our war on terrorism has nothing to do with differences in faith. .
It has everything to do with people of all faiths coming together to condemn hate and evil and murder and .
prejudice"(Bush e).

Undoubtedly, some of the issues that the United States encounters each day affects this country .
in every way. These important issues are comprised of the American education, drugs and crime, and the .
poverty that some of our American people have to live in. On top of those issues is the main issue of .
terrorism. After September 11, 2001, terrorism has played and will always play a great role in how our .
