The contents in the email should only be about a single subject. This makes the email easy to file, retrieve, and easy to reply. A person must assume and message they send in permanent. They must be careful in what they send in an email. This means no flaming. Flaming is writing and email when emotional and saying things you would not normally said. Emails tend to be informal so keep the messages brief and to the point. (Anderson, 2003)

A system could replace those who have given their knowledge. Should these people be compensated for giving their knowledge? Knowledge ownership is knows as intellectual property. There are various ways used to protect intellectual property such as trademarks, copyrights, and patents, but these methods are imperfect. It is very easy to copy or transmit information especially with the use of the internet. The property issue is not only a matter of ownership, but of ethical use. Information should be protected form theft and inappropriate access.
