Jeep vs Jeep

I am an avid outdoorsman doing many things like hunting and fishing, or whatever else I can find to do. But one thing that I truly love to do is to go off-roading. I have a Jeep Wrangler SE with many aftermarket options I have had installed. I have a total of six inches in combined body and suspension lifts. I also have 35 inch tall tires to give it even more lift. I also have aftermarket front and rear bumpers with a recessed hitch. I bought my Jeep in 1999 stock, but now it’s nothing even close to that.

I wanted to compare a Jeep Wrangler SE to the new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and their stock options. I love my Jeep, but if I didn’t have so much invested, I would trade for a Rubicon in a heartbeat. A Jeep Wrangler SE comes with a 2.5 liter 147 horse

Another great safety feature the Rubicon comes standard with is four-wheel anti-lock disk brakes. It’s the first Wrangler to ever come with this option. The Wrangler SE only comes with everyday twenty-nine inch street tires, not rated well for off-road.

Another significant upgrade the Rubicon has is the heavy duty Rock-Trac 4 wheel drive system. This transfer case delivers power with a gutsy 4:1 low-gear ratio.
