Natural Laws Of Civil Rights

The theory of natural law symbolizes the belief that all people have certain rights, which cannot be taken away from them by others. Initiated thousands of years ago, natural law emphasizes that a natural order exists in the universe - because all things are created by nature, or God. It further emphasized, “everything has its own qualities and is subject to the rules of nature to achieve its full potential”. The theory of natural law implies, that “anything that detracts from a person's human qualities, or prevents their full achievement, violates natural law”. Retrospective of the theory of natural law and discrimination, this paper presents “natural origin” in relation to employment.

The need for civil right laws and discrimination guidelines was addressed by the courts because the United States has multiple minority groups which include Blacks, Jews, Asian Americans, European immigrants, Hispanic Americans, American Indians, homosexuals, and people with disabilities.
