Cubs

How can one root for a major league baseball team that hasn’t made it to the World Series since 1908? I can tell you that it is very hard being a dedicated Chicago Cubs fan. The team’s motto, made famous by the late, great Harry Carey, is “wait until next year”. Right now, it’s a whole new ball game. We can throw out the last ninety-five years that the Cubs haven’t made it to the World Series, because this is their year. The Cubs will be going to the World Series!

The Cubs have had one of their best years ever their remaining schedule is an encouraging sign that the Cubs could make it to the big game.
