Today, most video games are full of perverted and violent behaviors. The 3D visual effect allows for instance; the rear ends and breast of cheerleaders on a NBA Sports video game to wiggle and bounce. This visual effect can trigger a young man’s hormones. Video games are supposed to be for entertainment and fun, not for sexual arousal. I assume these visual effects were included because males seem to play more so than females. I believe that these perverted and violent video games are the cause of aggressive behaviors within children as well as some adults today. Most television shows as well as movies today have an enormous amount of X-rated scenes, vulgar language, killings, domestic violence, and disrespectful children. This negative perversion and violence seems to never end. If the actresses are not involved in sexual activities, they’re not wearing enough clothing. I wonder if directors, producers, and who ever else is responsible for today’s television shows and movies care at all about how they’re effecting our next generation. I mean the children are our future, right? Well I hate to say it, but the future of entertaining will not at all serve as any type of positive influence for our future generations. Children and teens watch TV more than anyone else, and they love to imitate their favorite characters. Many parents are busy through out the day, and can’t monitor what exactly their children are watching, and I don’t at all trust those pop ups that say something like, “Parent’s discretion is advised,” because I know for sure that the average child is not going to ask for permission to watch.
