In the next few pages that follow, I will discuss in great detail what they are and how it affects the job and or duties of today's paralegal. First and foremost let me say this: they are a few web sites that help paralegals in their everyday operations. A paralegal shall not involve himself or herself in or conduct work on any matter where a conflict of interest has been identified. In the matters where a conflict of interest has been identified and the client consents to continued representation, a paralegal shall comply fully with the implementation and maintenance of an Ethical Wall.
