A topic that I fell very strongly about is how in the field of architecture, blacks are strongly under represented. If you go to an architectural firm you may see one or two black faces, If any. This is probably due to the commitment that needs to be put forth from our young black people. In our society we are not raised to become doctors and lawyers but we are taught to be athletic rather than to be smart among your peers whereas in other societies.
