Non Throwing Arms of Olivet College Baseball Players
The conditioning program for any college baseball program is vigorous. The players throwing arm is one of his most important pieces of equipment. In order to keep this "equipment" in shape there are many ways to condition it. Warming up, stretching and throwing are all ways to keep your arm in good shape. Our hypothosis is that these condition exercisise increase the range of motion and more flexible. We are going to test to see if, and how much these activities effect the range of motion in the arm. We will due this by comparing it to the opposite arm. This will help to rule out
