RTU products are essential for every bakery to successfully accommodate and develop their clientele, and generate new business. During my 12 years of experience in the baking field, I have discovered that 85% of my customer base prefers RTU products to scratch baking. As a service technician, and sales support; I represent superior RTU products, which can endure many changes in environment, and still out perform many scratch baking products. Misuse and inexpert handling are two factors that can defeat the RTUs’ functional purpose. These products take to much time thaw and display. In actuality, RTU products are specifically designed to be time efficient. They are pre-baked, pre-fried, or pre-mixed, which reduces the amount of time it takes to create a specific product. RTU products out of the box are sure to win the race, against the production time of a product from start to finish. The thawing process is half the time of production, considering these products are designed to thaw very quickly. With time saved, bakeries have more time to assist customers, and cut down on labor costs. Pre-made cakes, donuts, and icings are replacing higher labor chores, and streamlining the baking flow, and efficiency. All in all, I know that RTU products provide a bakery with high quality products to offer the consumer. They provide opportunities to expand and grow the bakeries business, and the ultimate goal of making a profit. I see these products as the wave of the future, and will continue to grow and provide the baking industry with many new and inventive ideas. RTU products achieve an end result by providing superior quality, consistent and price efficient products for the baking industry. It is hard for me to imagine any bakery choosing the avenues of old –day- baking, and hope in the future that they all take into consideration the countless advantages of using RTU prod
