The sales lead incentive plan awards program, introduced in 1993, provides opportunities for UPS employees to locate new sources of volume and be recognized for helping to grow the business. By looking for new volume opportunities and turning in sales leads that result in new sources of volume, UPS employees can play an even greater role in the success of the organization.
