The second of these experiments measured the affect of enzyme concentration. This experiment required six samples to be made up. Three samples for part A and three samples for part B. Tube 1 contained 0.1ml of guiacol, 2.0ml of turnip extract, and 7.9ml of dH20. Tube 2 contained 0.1ml of guiacol, 0.2ml of H202 and 4.7ml dh20. Tube 3 consisted of 2.0ml of turnip extract and 3.0ml of dH20. For the second part of the experiment, we were only required to use half the amount of the enzyme. Tube 1 contained 0.1ml of guiacol, 0.5ml of turnip extract, and 9.4ml of dH20. Tube 2 contained 0.1ml of guiacol, 0.2ml of peroxide, and 4.7ml of h20. Tube 3 consisted of 0.5ml of turnip extract and 4.5ml of dH20.
