I have never been to Egypt, but I have always been fascinated with the sphinx and the pyramids. “The sphinx stands 65 feet tall and 240 feet long. It is carved from natural limestone. The head and body are carved from large blocks of limestone. The front paws were created separately from large blocks of limestone.
