Physical Fitness, Healthy Dieting And Spiritual Wellness

Physical Fitness, Healthy Dieting and Spiritual Wellness

Today very few people take physical fitness and healthy dieting serious; instead it is a scarcity. People do not realize that what we make of our health is what we are making of our lives. Without the realization of an importance in health being seen and recognized, sometimes the result ends with early age death and an unhappy lifestyle. There are many guidelines and regulations to follow when it comes to the three aspects of wellness into a happy and healthy lifestyle. Two factors, healthy dieting and physical fitness, when neglected are proven to lead to many health problems. As important as these two aspects to a healthy life may be, there is one more aspect that cannot be overlooked. This would be the spirituality of the individual. These three aspects open up a new chapter on how to disguise and distinguish unhealthy portions of the well-being and a strong homeopathic life.

Everyone has heard the saying “you are what you eat”. It is simply amazing how true this statement is and how absurd it is that many people neglect what the statement truly defines. Our bodies are very complex and are in need of many nutrients, vitamins and minerals. As our bodies a

What is found to be the most productive way of developing the body is to isolate each muscle group with the appropriate exercise. Find routine exercises that are fit and work for each portion of your body. Ultimately the main deterrent with physical exercising is eliminating the excuses and negative attitude towards fitness. Our bodies do not just do the work themselves, we as the people, the owners of our bodies must shape and construct our bodies into what we want them to be and how healthy we want to make them. Sometimes it is not always easy but there are sacrifices that we must make to aim towards our highest levels in our health. Just remember, “no pain, no gain”.

What is it, being physically fit or is it one of the only rewards to be happy in life? “I do not have enough time”, “its to expensive”, “it makes my body hurt”, “I have other things I could be doing”, these are all excuses that are very often heard and used to escape a fitness routine. “The best way to keep physical activity and exercise a permanent part of one’s life is to make it fun and enjoyable. If people are given different options of what they can do and have easy access to those options, they are more likely to participate in physical activity and exercise. This allows people to have a positive attitude towards physical fitness. It is also helpful if people are knowledgeable about the rewards of physical activity and exercise” (Healthy Living, pg. 85). When dealing with physical fitness there are three types of exercising: stretching; for flexibility, weight-bearing; for strengthening muscles and bone mass, and aerobics; for the heart. Constructing a work out program to fit an individual’s needs, lifestyle, and eliminate all the negative “excuses” is the key in achieving the rewards of a good physical program. Supporting this statement is a quote from a book called Healthy Living:

What the three topics discuss are essential to the total framework of a sound body, mind, and spirit. If one of these aspects is neglected, or worse yet completely ignored, the others are surely useless and disturbed. A person may get away with it for a while, but we have been speaking of a lifestyle, not
