Hiring Decision

The cost for hiring outside of the company depends on the ¡§headhunter¡¨ company you have hired to recruit for you. It also depends on the type of management and/or executive position you are hiring. However, it will be a costly expense for the company.

Another factor is the person you have selected and hired for the management position, may not be able to connect with the existing employees. The new manager will be under great stress to prove him or herself to the employees who are more familiar with the company policies and procedures.
