Pre-martial sex is to engage in sexual intercourse with someone before you are married to that person. The church disagrees with that concept because the church believes that every person that is engaging in sexual activity should be married to that person that they are performing such actions with.

Although the church doesn’t believe in contercepatives, it is better for these teenagers to be thought about them and let them use them so that they don't get pregnant or get incurable disease. The church feels that every child needs to grow in a household full of love and should be cared by two parents, a male and female, in order to become fully human. If two single people engage in sexual intercourse and the girl becomes pregnant that child will be brought to the world to live in a broken family which is not healthy for the child. Many teenager males leave their girlfriends at the knowledge of the girl being pregnant. In study made by Rebecca Maynard she stated that less than 10 percent of the unwed fathers stayed with the girlfriends after t he knew hat she was pregnant. (The Cause of High Birth Rate p.89) Many teenagers don’t even consider using contercepatives so they do get pregnant. In a study preformed it showed that among “the first time teenage parents on welfare, over one-fourth had never used birth control prior to having the first child”. (The Cause Of High Birth Rate p88) there are many forms of birth control they can choose from such as the pill, the shot, condoms, spermacide, etc. They all don’t protect from disease and pregnancy fully but they cut down the chances by a high percentage. But every teenage has it in their head that “It won’t happen to me” But it will if they are not pregnant. The best to keep away from all the problems and worries is just to be abstinent.
