Tell a Story

It happened once on a train that headed from Moscow to Sofia. To the train were hitched two wagons with the number nine. All the passengers of that train were normal people, and they could count to nine. Everyone understood that the wagon number nine should be the one that should go right after the wagon number eight. However, none of them was smart enough to figure out, that the wagon number nine should also be the one that should go before the wagon number ten. Therefore, all the passengers who purchased tickets to the wagon number nine went to the first of them. .
The train took off. A very surprised conductor from the second ninth wagon, in which no one set, went to the captain of the train and said: "My wagon is empty". The captain was also surprised and said: "Probably it happened because of some kind of misunderstanding in the ticket department." Thus, on the next train-stop he sent a telegram to the ticket department asking them to sell tickets to the wagon number nine.
People from the next station, who bought tickets to the wagon number nine, were also normal people, and they definitely could count to nine. Thus, when the train came to a stop on their station, they all in a friendly fashion ran to the first of the ninth wagons. Conductor from the first ninth wagon, where all passengers had already drunk tea and went to bed, said them in surprise: "Fellows, where are you coming from - so many of you? I have no vacant places. Run as fast as you can to the conductor of the train. He is in the first wagon. You have only three minutes before train takes off".
Because the train stayed for only three minutes, scared to be late, everyone started to race with all the luggage and small children to the first wagon. The captain met them in astonishment. "Fellows, where are you coming from so many of you?" And he got in reply: "We all are from the wagon number nine. All our sits are duplicated".
